Synopsis

The 2nd Data Driven Innovation workshop, organized in March 2025 at the University of Groningen by the Security, Technology and e-Privacy research group (STeP) together with the students of the LLM program in Technology Law and Innovation, focused on the current legal challenges in Data Driven Innovation. This edited volume takes stock of current legal debates and presents a number of selected chapters that reflect upon core legal problems of Data Driven Innovation.
